At Brake Line Pros, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because brake lines are safety-critical components, all returns and warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.
30-Day No-Hassle Return Policy
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product has not been used or installed.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused & Uninstalled: Brake lines must not have been mounted, installed, connected, or exposed to brake fluid.
- Unmodified: Products must not be bent, cut, flared, altered, or modified in any way.
- Original Packaging: All original packaging, hardware, tags, instructions, and included components must be returned.
- Resalable Condition: Products must pass our inspection and be suitable for resale.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns that are not the result of our error or a verified manufacturing defect. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and quality verification procedures required for safety-related components.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-length brake lines.
- Custom-built or made-to-order brake line assemblies.
- Installed, used, or modified products.
- Brake fluid, chemicals, or consumable products with broken seals.
- Special-order products purchased specifically for a customer.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us through our website contact form or email us with your order number.
- Include photos showing the product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
Unless the return is due to our error or a verified warranty issue, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Brake Line Pros warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.
If a product is determined by Brake Line Pros to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective product,
- Replace the defective product, or
- Issue a refund for the original purchase price.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper installation.
- Incorrect application or fitment.
- Vehicle modifications not disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Accident damage, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
- Products that have been altered, modified, bent, cut, or repaired.
- Damage caused by racing, competition use, or extreme off-road conditions.
- Labor charges, installation costs, towing expenses, vehicle downtime, or consequential damages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged shipment, incorrect item, or believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs and additional information to assist with processing your claim.
