Custom brake lines from Brake Line Pros are built one at a time to your exact specifications. Every hose is DOT and NHTSA certified, pressure tested, and individually inspected before it ships. We build for lifted trucks, UTVs, long-travel suspension, straight axle swaps, big brake kits, and any application where a catalog line does not fit the build.

How It Works

Fill out the form below with your vehicle information, fitting types, hose length, and exit direction at both ends. If you are not sure what fitting you have or what clock position you need, include as much detail as possible and we will follow up. Photos of each fitting end and the overall routing are helpful and can be sent to info@brakelinepros.com with your order number or form submission.

Before you order: Stainless braided brake lines have fixed ends. The fitting type, thread size, and exit clock position are set at build and cannot be adjusted in the field. Getting these details right before the line is built saves time for everyone.
