3. Custom Orders

Custom brake lines and made-to-order products are manufactured according to customer-provided specifications. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring measurements, fitting selections, lengths, and specifications are accurate.

Because custom products are built specifically for the customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is determined by Brake Line Pros.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs fees, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Brake Line Pros is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs inspections, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery of products to the shipping carrier.

Brake Line Pros assumes no responsibility for improper installation, misuse, modification, improper maintenance, racing applications, off-road use, or use outside intended specifications.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all components before installation and ensuring proper installation procedures are followed.

DOT compliance or certification does not guarantee suitability for every vehicle, installation, modification, or application.

In no event shall Brake Line Pros' total liability exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Custom-made products, special-order products, and modified products may not be eligible for return.
